Refund Policy for Frostival
No Refunds Policy Similar to a sporting event or concert, Frostival maintains a strict no-refunds policy. All sales are final. Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review all event details to ensure you are available to attend. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, purchased from a third party, or damaged. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized vendors.
Event Cancellations or Postponements We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event night at any time due to unsafe conditions, including weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is postponed, your tickets will automatically be transferred to an alternative date. No refunds will be issued in the event of rescheduling. We will communicate any event changes via the email address provided during ticket purchase.
Frostival Event Digital Liability Waiver
By checking the box during the ticket checkout process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk By purchasing a ticket and attending the Frostival event ("Event"), you acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, interaction with other participants, and environmental hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with attending the Event.
Release and Waiver of Liability You agree to release and discharge the Event organizers, sponsors, vendors, and other affiliated parties, including their employees, officers, volunteers, and agents ("Releasees"), from any claims or liability for injuries or damages sustained while attending the Event. This waiver includes claims for property damage, personal injury, or death arising out of participation in the Event.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, damage, liability, or costs arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Event. This includes any legal fees or costs incurred by the Releasees in defense of such claims.
Medical Treatment By agreeing to this waiver, you authorize the Event organizers or their designated agents to provide or seek emergency medical treatment for you, should it be necessary during the Event. You release the Event organizers from any liability arising from such medical treatment.
Photographic Release By attending the Event, you grant permission to the Event organizers and their affiliates to photograph, film, or record your likeness during the Event. You agree that these images or recordings may be used for promotional, advertising, or other commercial purposes without compensation or further permission.
Severability If any provision of this waiver is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Event Tickets
Ticket Purchases: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in cases where an official transfer option has been provided (e.g., due to a postponement or rescheduling of the event).
Ticket Transfers: If you purchased a ticket for a previous event that was postponed or canceled, your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled event date or transferred according to the process communicated to you.
Event Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or public health orders. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or refund options at our sole discretion.
Health and Safety
Participant Responsibility: Attendees must follow all health and safety protocols outlined at the event, including any local or state government mandates. These may include but are not limited to social distancing, mask requirements, or showing proof of vaccination.
Assumption of Risk: By attending the event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with attending a public event, including the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses. You agree to hold us harmless from any resulting claims.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur at the event, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. By attending Frostival, you accept full responsibility for your safety and that of your guests, including any minors.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event.
Event Conduct We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the event who engages in disruptive or unlawful behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Attendees must adhere to all event rules, which include no outside alcohol, no unauthorized vendors, and compliance with security checks.
Weather Policy The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions pose a significant risk to attendee safety. In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, we will communicate any potential rescheduling or refund options via email or the event website.

Submissions Any ideas, suggestions, or other submissions you provide to us regarding the event or site will become our sole property, and we may use them for any purpose without compensation to you.

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
