No Refunds Policy Similar to a sporting event or concert, Frostival maintains a strict no-refunds policy. All sales are final. Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review all event details to ensure you are available to attend. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, purchased from a third party, or damaged. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized vendors.
Event Cancellations or Postponements We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event night at any time due to unsafe conditions, including weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is postponed, your tickets will automatically be transferred to an alternative date. No refunds will be issued in the event of rescheduling.
